What You’ll Do

As a Flight Instructor at Optimus Air, you will conduct flight and ground training for students pursuing their private pilot licenses and other certifications. You’ll develop lesson plans, ensure student progress, and maintain a high standard of safety and professionalism in all training sessions. Your role will also involve mentoring students and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

You will be responsible for evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, and adapting to different learning styles to ensure each student achieves their goals. Collaborating with fellow instructors and participating in community events will also be key to enhancing the Optimus Air experience.
