What You’ll Do

As a Flight Instructor at Optimus Air, you will conduct ground and flight training for students pursuing their pilot licenses. You will utilize our fleet of modern aircraft while ensuring safety and compliance with FAA regulations. Engage with students in a hands-on learning experience, fostering both technical skills and a passion for aviation.

In addition to training, you will also participate in community events and workshops, helping to create a vibrant aviation family. Your role will involve mentoring students, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate records of their progress.

Who You Are

You are a passionate aviator with a valid Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) license and a strong desire to teach. Your excellent communication skills and ability to connect with students make you an ideal fit for our team. Experience in diverse flight conditions and a commitment to safety are essential.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to community-building initiatives at Optimus Air. A background in aviation education or a related field is a plus.
